VOKA Platform Terms of Use

Some parts of VOKA are publicly accessible, while other features are reserved for members, mentors, volunteers, collaborators, or authorized individuals.

Access to certain areas may require creating an account, having an application accepted, or being granted a specific authorization by VOKA.

Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when registering and for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

It is prohibited to share one's account with another person, to use another user's account, or to attempt to access without authorization any area or information the user is not entitled to.

The platform must be used in a manner that respects VOKA's values, other users, and applicable laws.

It is in particular prohibited to use the platform to post, transmit, or share threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or fraudulent content, or content that infringes on the rights of others; to impersonate another person; to deliberately disrupt the platform's operation; or to use information available on VOKA for abusive or unauthorized purposes.

VOKA members are also required to comply with the Internal Rules and Code of Conduct applicable to them.

Users remain responsible for the information, comments, documents, projects, or other content they submit on the platform.

By posting content in an area intended to be shared with the community, the user authorizes VOKA to display and use it to the extent necessary for the operation of the activities concerned.

VOKA may remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms of Use, the Code of Conduct, or the rules applicable to the community.

VOKA may post or relay activities, programs, scholarships, jobs, internships, funding, events, resources, or other opportunities, including from external organizations.

Unless stated otherwise, the posting of an external opportunity on VOKA does not mean that VOKA organizes it, funds it, or guarantees a member's selection. Users are encouraged to review the relevant source's terms and information before applying or making a commitment.

Mentorship and community spaces are intended to foster learning, guidance, and professional or community exchange.

Users must respect confidentiality, the boundaries of each person's role, and VOKA's rules of conduct. A mentorship relationship organized by VOKA does not create any employment relationship or obligation of result between VOKA, the mentor, and the mentee.

VOKA collects and processes certain personal data necessary in particular for managing applications, accounts, activities, mentorship, follow-up, and the operation of the platform.

The terms relating to the collection, use, and protection of this information are set out in VOKA's Privacy Policy.

VOKA's name, logo, and other identity elements may not be used in a way that suggests an activity, project, communication, or partnership is officially approved or organized by VOKA without prior authorization.

Sharing VOKA's official publications in their original form remains permitted.

VOKA may restrict, suspend, or deactivate a user's access in the event of a violation of these Terms of Use, the Internal Rules, the Code of Conduct, a risk to the security of the platform or other users, or misuse of the platform.

Where circumstances allow, the measures taken must be reasonable and proportionate to the situation.

VOKA strives to ensure the platform runs smoothly but does not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted access. Some features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond VOKA's control.

VOKA may amend these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the platform, its activities, or applicable requirements.

When significant changes affect registered users, VOKA will make reasonable efforts to inform them through an appropriate means.
